A: Very simple - 1 Coupon Point allows you to grab any coupon and you then pay for the offer when you get the deal and you pay at Point of Sale for the discounted offer minus the $1 paid for the coupon point!
Q: How much is one coupon point worth?
A: 1 Coupon Point is worth $1. Coupon Points are bought in Minimum Lots of $5 for 5 Points that can then be used with any 5 coupons on the site!
Q: Why do we have coupon Points?
A: Our Patented Coupon Point system allows us to make sure the Merchant does not over-sell a deal and is able to control quantity of deals done, it also gives us a form of revenue so we can continue to bring this service to you.
Q: Coupon Point value of $1 is deducted from each deal?
A: Yes, each deal is always discounted by $1 only which effectively gives you back the $1 you spent on the point and ends up costing you nothing after using the coupon.

Q:What is a National Deal?
A: National Deals are deals that are available in most areas nationally. Please note that if that deal is not available in your area, you will get your coupon point returned at no risk!
Q: Why is DiscountOn offering this service for FREE to Merchants, instead up charging up to 50% of the offer value like other standard group buying and coupon sites?
A: At DiscountON we take nothing from the Merchant so they are able to give the best deal and make a profit!
Of course by cutting out the added cost of the "middle men" our coupon deals are superior to traditional coupon sites.
Q: Will I get better service with a DiscountOn Coupon that is paid for at Point of Sale when receiving the offer and not before?
A: Absolutely, Merchants no longer need to split their money with a coupon site and therefore keep all their proceeds while offering a better deal to you! They also will usually give you great service as you have not paid until you are at Point of Sale.
Coupon Points are valid for a period of 12 months after purchase and are not exchangeable for cash. Free Gifted Coupon Points expire if unused within 30 days!
